This project was delivered as a full end-to-end build, covering architectural design, structural engineering, construction, finishing, and final handover.

Following a professional soil investigation, the site was confirmed to have loose soil conditions, which required a more suitable foundation system.
Based on the soil test results, we recommended and executed a 1.5-meter raft foundation system, engineered to provide maximum load distribution and long-term structural stability.
The foundation was reinforced using Y16, Y12, and Y10 steel bars, with 23 structural columns designed to support the building load efficiently.
This solution ensured the structure was properly adapted to the site conditions in Shomolu.
